女孩外地求医 切开阑尾有虫子游出：被确定为蛲虫
10月18日消息，据媒体报道，贵州一名女孩下腹反复隐痛。经手术，阑尾里竟然有一条长约1cm游动的白色“小虫”钻了出来。医生果断处置，手术很快顺利结束。经过病理检查，这条寄生虫被确定为蛲虫，也是女孩肚子痛的罪魁祸首。
医生指出， 蛲虫是蠕形状肠线虫,主要寄生于人体小肠末端、盲肠和结肠，引起蛲虫病。蛲虫病分布遍及全世界，是儿童常见寄生虫病。因阑尾与回盲部直接相连，蛲虫很容易钻入阑尾，引起蛲虫性阑尾炎。蛲虫性阑尾炎症状与一般阑尾炎相同，但其特点为疼痛部位不定，多呈慢性过程。此类患者如早期治疗，往往可免于阑尾切除。
